Return Policy

At MBAPROJECT.SHOP, we sell MBA Projects, available in two formats:

  • Digital MBA Project (PDF/Word)
  • Printed MBA Project (Hardcopy)

Because the MBA Project is an academic document created or prepared for student use, our return policy is designed to prevent misuse and maintain fairness for all buyers.

1. Digital MBA Project – No Returns Accepted

The MBA Project provided in digital format (PDF, Word, or any downloadable file) is non-returnable and non-refundable.

This is because:

  • The file is delivered instantly after payment.
  • Digital academic content cannot be “returned.”
  • Once downloaded, the content cannot be revoked.

No return or cancellation will be accepted for the digital version under any circumstances.

2. Printed MBA Project – Return Only for Damage or Wrong Product

If you order the printed version of the MBA Project, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

✔️ Accepted Return Reasons:

  • You received a damaged or defective book
  • You received the wrong MBA Project
  • Pages are missing or incorrectly printed

❌ Returns NOT Accepted If:

  • The book was delivered correctly and in good condition
  • You no longer need the project
  • You ordered by mistake
  • You want a different topic after receiving the order
  • The book has been used, written on, or altered

3. Return Request Time Window

You must raise a return request within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving the printed MBA Project.

Requests beyond 48 hours will not be accepted.

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return for a printed MBA Project, email us at:

Provide the following:

  • Order ID
  • Photo or video proof of the issue
  • Reason for return

Our team will verify and respond within 24–48 hours.

5. Condition of Returned Printed Project

The returned book must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • Free of writing, marks, or damage

Any signs of use will result in rejection of the return.

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to damage or wrong product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to customer error (wrong address, rejected delivery, etc.), shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

7. Customized or Student-Specific MBA Projects

If you request a customized MBA Project (topic-specific or university-specific tailor-made reports):
