Once the order has been shipped, the cancellation request will not be accepted.

3. Digital Products – Strictly Non-Refundable

Any digital product, including downloadable PDFs, project reports, guides, or online resources accessed after payment, is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
This is because digital items are instantly delivered and cannot be returned.

4. No Refund After Dispatch

Once the reference material or order is dispatched, cancellation and refund are not permitted under any circumstances.

5. Shipping Charges

In case of cancellation after dispatch, return, or failed delivery due to incorrect details provided by the customer, shipping and handling charges will be borne by the customer.

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed directly to the bank account or payment method you provide.
